Half way home

There has been good progress. I wish I could show it to you. All of us here, particularly the guys who were here last year are commenting on how easy things seem to be. And, they are somewhat. So much work has been done. We are only building three walls and we have less preparation work to do. Thus, we are with in reach of completing the whole room, minus the ceiling.

And, while some are working with the bricks and mortar, others are working on drop ceilings in the third room, painting that room in the traditional yellow and maroon of America Latina. Some are doing some electrical wiring, and others are re-painting the outside playground area to freshen it up once more.

Tonight we all attended a Wednesday night service. It was quite enjoyable. One feature was that Menfil's wife and another lady lead the session. They start with attendees reciting Bible verses from memory. You can always tell who has had OANSA training in the room and some of the kids spout out two and three verses. We were treated to worship songs and then a message from Pastor Menfil on the ladder of faith, take from 2 Peter. We truly enjoyed it.

The weather has been fabulous, allowing us to make great strides.

I will do my best to get the pictures up as soon as I can. Thank you for your prayers and comments. They mean a lot to us and even help us remind Fred that he is 46 today.
